Puhdistamo's Super vitamin D is a strong 100 μg vitamin D3 preparation. Cod liver oil, packaged in a soft capsule, naturally contains vitamin A and vitamin D, in addition to which it is supplemented with vitamin D3, cholecalciferol derived from lanolin, which is available from sheep's wool fat.
In nature, vitamin D is most abundant in fish fat, so high-quality fish oil has been chosen for Super D as the basis for the product. Natural fish oil ensures excellent absorption of vitamin D.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, bones and the immune system.
