HIGH FRUIT CONTENT 24% – HIGH FIBRE CONTENT

LINOMIX® contains flaxseed meal, rosehip, oat bran, cranberry, blueberry and sea buckthorn, as well as some cane sugar. Linomix mixed with porridge, berry soup, natural yoghurt, etc. is easy to use and tastes good. Suitable for diversifying breakfast or snacks. 

Suitable for daily use for both adults and children.  

Flaxseed meal is abundant in dietary fibre with an average content of 37%. Of this, 2/3 is insoluble and 1/3 is soluble fibre. Water-soluble fibre is abundant in berries and oat.  

Plant sterols and stanols
Linomix also contains plant sterols and stanols, which are naturally present in e.g. in berries, grain products and vegetable oils. They help to keep cholesterol levels normal and the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.8 g per day. 

Lignans
Flaxseed contains lignans. Lignan is a phenolic compound and a plant estrogenic. A daily dose of Linomix, which contains approximately 10.4 g of flaxseed meal, provides approximately 7 mg of lignans.

Flaxseed meal-berry powder mixture

Food 500 g 

Dose
2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) a day, e.g. mixed with water, sour whole milk, porridge, berry soup or unflavoured yoghurt. Also excellent sprinkled on desserts. Enjoy with plenty of fluids.

Flaxseed meal (Finland), rosehip peel powder, oat bran, whole cane sugar, cranberry powder, blueberry powder, sea buckthorn powder, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silica).

Store in a dry place at room temperature, protected from light.
