Month three is also about sustaining improvements and increasing wellness. Because we are introducing a new microbial support blend that has a slightly different target than Nutra-BRT, we once again start at a low dose and begin titrating to increase comfortability and limit Herxheimer-like reactions.ᶧ

This month’s microbial support products are the new and improved Nutra-BBS+ (containing Elecampane, Jalap, Sweet Annie and Capirona) and GlucoMedix (containing Stevia and Samento).ᶧ Takuna, Bromelain, and Serrapeptase continue to help with inflammatory response support. Bromelain and Serrapeptase, which are both proteolytic enzymes, help with biofilm support.ᶧ  Burbur-Pinella and Dandelion help with detoxification and can help ease Herxheimer-like reactions.ᶧ Magnesium Malate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, helps ease muscle aches and pains and supports energy production, while also reducing occasional fatigue.

It is recommended to continue the program for two months past feeling well.
