Month two is about sustaining improvements and increasing wellness. Because we are introducing a new microbial support blend that has a slightly different target than Nutra-BRL, we once again start at a low dose and begin titrating to increase comfortability and limit Herxheimer-like reactions.ᶧ

This month’s microbial support products are Nutra-BRT (containing Cumanda and Houttuynia) and GlucoMedix (containing Stevia and Samento).ᶧ Takuna, Bromelain, and Serrapeptase support a healthy inflammatory response. Bromelain and Serrapeptase, which are both proteolytic enzymes, help with biofilm support. ᶧ Burbur-Pinella and Dandelion help with detoxification and can help ease Herxheimer-like reactions.ᶧ Magnesium Malate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, helps ease muscle aches and pains and supports energy production, while also reducing occasional fatigue.ᶧ
